The previous owner had two dogs and a couple of rabbits, and we were aware of the smell before purchasing the house at a lower price. We thought we could remove the odor by replacing the carpet and doing some painting. However, the smell persisted no matter what we tried. That is, until we found Sanctified. They treated the house while we were away for a day, and their treatment worked wonders. The smell is gone, and I’m very pleased with their service. The only downside is they warned us the smell could return unless we replace the wooden flooring underneath, which seems to be soaked with animal urine.

Ed and his team did an incredible job! The house looks fantastic. They saved the day by stepping in last minute after our regular cleaners cancelled, and we had a party planned that evening. They worked quickly, leaving everything spotless! Will use again.
